October 2010: Second national Citizen Consultations

The second Citizen Consultations (CC2) have been held in October 2010 in all partner countries. 

During the CC2 meetings, the citizen panels have assessed the experts' recommendations, that were derived from their national visions, on desirability and two valdiation criteria (loyalty and effectiveness). In the second part of CC2, the citizens voted for the expert recommendations they found most important resulting in a prioritized list of 30 recommendations.
